What have we delivered since the last update:

• A new design for our menu. We will divide it into categories, creating a better overview of the different features.

• A library of integrations we support, including ChatGPT, WhatsApp, Microsoft Dynamics, RDW, Google Ads, and many more.

• The redesigned 360-degree Customer View module, fully integrated into Ternair Campaign.

• Expansion for Embedded Forms: support for checkboxes and radio buttons.

What's next

• The separation of the current Ternair Campaign environment into:

  • Audience Builder: specifically for creating selections (audiences) from all your data sources

  • Campaign Builder: an environment for setting up your content, channels, flow automations, and sending your campaigns

• A new Editor for Wiqhit for easily setting up your A/B tests

What we are working on

• Improvement of the login process on our portal

• Integration of Ternair Clicks with Wiqhit

• Ability to use RabbitMQ for even better integration with other systems

What we are thinking about

• Expansion for Data Layers: support for filtering

• AI assistance for creating an Audience (segmentation)

• AI assistance for creating a (Power BI) report

• Support for Webhooks from an embedded form
