Clicks Web Recognition
If you have activated the web recognition module in Ternair, here you can see the total number of websites and total number of sessions where web recognition is active.
Total websites: Shows the total number of websites where web recognition is active.
Total sessions: Shows the total number of sessions where web recognition is active.
Under Visitors (30 days) you will find the number of website visitors in the last 30 days.
Under Identified (%) you will find the percentage of visitors recognized by the web recognition module.
Through the blue arrow you have the option to go to the overview dashboard.
Overview dashboard
The Clicks web recognition overview dashboard contains several widgets showing information about web recognition.
At Websites select the defined website(s) you want to view in the dashboard. By default, all websites are selected.
In addition, select the date/period for which you want to see information.
The default value of this filter is:
From: system date - 6 months, first day of that particular month. For example: if the system date is equal to January 28, 2025 then the From date is July 1, 2024
To: always the system date
The Selected Websites widget lists the selected website(s) with the number of sessions and retention period set for each website.
In the widget Identification you can see, for each selected website, the number of identified sessions, which are sessions where the email address is known and the number of soft-identified sessions (email address is known and indication soft = true).
At the bottom of the dashboard is a graph that shows the development of web visits. For each website, a different color is used for the line. The legend shows which color belongs to which website.
