Newsletters & Lists
The Newsletters Dashboard provides an overview of the performance of your newsletters and subscribers.
Please note! Only the newsletters and lists defined in the General Settings under Ezines are shown here. Click here for more information on how to create, edit and delete newsletters.
Total: This number the total number of newsletters and lists that are in Ternair Campaign.
Total Subscribers: This number gives the number of unique email addresses defined in Ternair Campaign.
Subscriptions: This number gives the number of subscriptions from the past 30 days.
Subscriptions: This number gives the number of unsubscriptions from the past 30 days.
From the hamburger menu (the 3 dots), you have the option to go to two different dashboards:

Overview dashboard
The Newsletters overview dashboard contains multiple widgets that show information about newsletters & lists.
At Business Units you select the unit(s) you want to view in the dashboard, at Newsletters & Lists you select the newsletters and/or lists you want to see reflected in the dashboard. By default, all newsletters are checked.
In addition, select the period for which you want to view this. Once you've selected everything, click Apply Filters.
Based on the selected date, the dashboard displays the following information:
all subscriptions that have a start date that is before the "To" date
all subscriptions that have an empty end date or an end date that is after the "From" date
and meets the filter of Newsletters & Lists
The default value of this filter is:
From: system date - 6 months, first day of that particular month. For example: if the system date is equal to January 28, 2025 then the From date is July 1, 2024
To: always the system date
In the widget Newsletters & Lists, Total: contains the total number of unique newsletters and lists in Ternair Campaign and Total Subscribers contains the total unique number of subscribers defined in Ternair Campaign.
Subscriptions: This number gives the number of new subscriptions in the period of the selected date filter. That is the all records in account Ezine with an enrollment date that is between the From and To date from the filter. Any unsubscribe date is not important here.
Subscriptions: This number represents the number of unsubscribes in the period of the selected date filter. These are all records in account Ezine with an unsubscription date unequal to NULL and which lies between the From and To date from the filter. The subscription date is irrelevant here.
In the widget Selected Newsletters & Lists you can see, for each selected newsletter and/or list, the number of active subscriptions in the selected period. and the result (The net subscriptions are the subscriptions minus the unsubscriptions).
At the bottom of the dashboard is a graph that shows the trend of subscriptions in the selected period. The green line shows the number of subscriptions, the red line shows the number of unsubscriptions and the blue line shows the net subscriptions. The net subscriptions are the subscriptions minus the unsubscriptions.
Newsletters profile dashboard
On the Newsletters profile dashboard it is possible to view the profile associated with this e-mail address for each e-mail address.
The profile contains this person's name, company name, email, current subscriptions and history of subscriptions.
By Current Subscriptions, the newsletters this person has subscribed to are listed along with the subscription date.
By Subscription History, the newsletters this person has ever subscribed to are listed, including subscription and unsubscription dates for each newsletter.
