What exactly is changing?
A new environment is available alongside the current one, with a clear separation between an Audience Manager and a Campaign Manager (including sending).
Will my current environment be discontinued?
No. Your current environment will remain fully available and supported. From now on it will be called Selections (Classic) and can still be found in the Main Menu.
Will we be automatically migrated?
No. There will be no migration. You can choose which environment you want to use to build your campaigns.
Data & Campaigns
What happens to running campaigns?
Nothing. All running campaigns will remain active.
Will my data be preserved?
Yes. Nothing changes regarding your data or settings.
Can I use both environments side by side?
Yes. Both environments are available within your account. The new workflow runs alongside the current (classic) selections within the same environment. However, you cannot start a campaign in one environment and finish it in the other.
Functionality
Is any functionality missing in the new environment?
The core functionality remains the same. The main change is in the structure and user experience. There is now an Advanced button that allows you to hide certain functions for a cleaner overview.
Will new functionality be added to both environments?
New developments will primarily be implemented in the new environment.
Usage & Access
How do I get access?
The new environment will automatically become available within your account once it goes live.
How can I get familiar with the new workflow?
You can join an introduction session / webinar / training, discuss it with your account manager, or simply open and explore the new environment.
Do you have a manual?
Yes. The workflow of the new environment has been documented in the manual.
Do I need to follow training?
No, training is not mandatory. However, we do offer a webinar and documentation.
Strategic Questions
Will the current environment be phased out?
The current environment will continue to exist. There are no plans to discontinue this workflow.
Why this change?
The goal is to simplify the working environment for users who work less deeply with data, enable faster audience selection for activations, and provide more overview through a clear separation between data and campaigns.
Does this impact my contract or pricing?
No. Nothing changes regarding your contract or license.
Will this become mandatory?
No. This is a new, simplified workflow alongside your current environment. It is an additional option, not a replacement.
Do I need to do anything?
No. The new workflow is available but completely optional.
Is this less flexible?
On the contrary. We removed complexity from the interface, not from the capabilities.
Do we have to switch?
