Basic principles
What is the difference between Selections (classic) and the new Audience and Campaign Managers?
In classic selections, you create both the audience and the campaign in one environment. In the Audience and Campaign Managers, you work with separate environments: you first define an audience in the Audience Manager and then use it in the Campaign Manager. In classic Selections, this is done in a single environment where both the audience and the campaign are created. Both methods remain available and can be used alongside each other.Can I automatically transfer existing selections to the Audience and Campaign Manager?
Existing selections can be rebuilt as audiences in the Audience Manager. Most blocks from selections can be copied and pasted.Can I use the Campaign Manager with a classic selection?
The Campaign Manager works with audiences from the Audience Manager. Classic selections remain available, including campaign creation.Can I select an Audience from the Audience Manager in classic selections?
These are two separate workflows. Audiences are managed in the Audience Manager and selected in the Campaign Manager.Do authorizations also work in the Audience and Campaign Manager?

What are called Campaigns in classic selections are now Campaign Groups. This is a container to organize and manage multiple campaigns clearly. You can identify the flow type by the icon next to the name.
Creating audiences (Audience Manager)
What is the Audience Manager?
In the Audience Manager, you define who you want to reach and build your audience. Without an audience, you cannot activate a campaign — the Audience Manager is always the foundation.
Audience Block
What is an Audience?
An Audience is a saved segmentation created in the Audience Manager. You finalize your segmentation with the Audience block and make it available in the Campaign Manager.Can I select an Audience in the Audience Manager?
In the Audience Manager, you create and manage audiences that you can later use in campaigns.How do I create follow-up audiences (e.g., non-clickers)?
Create an audience in the Audience Manager based on email statistics, such as recipients who did not click in an email.Can you assign retention to an audience?
Soon, every audience will have a “Retention” option, allowing it to expire after a certain period. This is especially useful for one-time audiences.Where do I configure data mapping?
You configure data mapping in the Audience block within the Audience Manager.
Webservice Block
Why can’t I configure my webservice definition?
Check whether the webservice is activated in the general settings (gear icon at the top right). It must be enabled in both the Audience and Campaign Manager.
Webhook Block
When do you use webhooks in the Campaign Manager vs. the Audience Manager?
If you want to store or further process data, use a webhook in the Audience Manager (e.g., newsletter sign-up after a download).
If you only want to select an audience for a direct action from an external trigger, use the webhook in the Campaign Manager (e.g., sending an email, SMS, or WhatsApp immediately after a form submission).

In the Campaign Manager, you decide what to send and when. You build campaign flows, personalize content, and use the audiences made available.

Webpush Wizard
Why is my Webpush dropdown empty?
Webpush must first be configured in the general settings (gear icon top right).Can I send a Webpush to a segmented audience?
By default, Webpush is sent to all subscribed recipients. You can segment audiences further in the Audience Manager.How do I add trackers to a Webpush?

Where do I set notifications for schedules?
The Schedule block is used for planning sends. Notifications are not yet available in the Campaign Manager.

Tabs are not yet available but are on the roadmap.Where are my memos?
You can now find memos under Tools in the bottom-left menu. You can place them freely within the Manager.Where can I set alerts?
The alert function is not yet available in the new environment but can still be set in the Audience Manager.Where do I configure offer and segment codes?
