Directly send test e-mail
You no longer have to calculate input blocks or map fields to send a test e-mail. You can send a preview immediately.
Expansion of preview options
The preview block showing previews of records you have selected has been further extended. You can now show Random records, refresh the preview and choose 10, 25, 50 or 100 sample records.
Advisory Board
We will soon start a brand new Advisory Board in which several users participate. Among other things, they will be advising on usage, innovations and new releases of Ternair.
Clicks switching service & Website recognition training
Website recognition is hot. Especially now that Google has announced it will discontinue Universal Analytics on July 1, 2023. Ternair has a switching service for clients who are still using Analytics with Clicks. You are then no longer dependent on Google. A Training is also available for those who want to get more out of campaigns with Website Recognition.
Manual in Dutch
Not everyone knows it yet, but the manual with interactive videos and screenshots is available entirely in Dutch. Videos are subtitled.

Preview expanded on all output blocks
Previews will continue to be expanded and available on all output blocks.
User Interface Ternair
We will be refreshing the user interface and making UX improvements this year. The Advisory Board will play an important role in this, but anyone with suggestions, feel free to send them to marketing@ternair.com.
Training Socials
Be able to edit customer data from your social media in Ternair and push look-a-like lists or custom audiences to your socials is becoming increasingly important. We are going to host a training for this.
Status page
We will soon start a general Ternair status page on how the most important parts of Ternair work. Any user experiencing irregularities can always check on the status page to see if there is an outage.
