Preview block of Snapshot and E-mail expanded

Last month we reported that the preview options on the preview block have been expanded. This now applies to Snaphots and E-mail as well. Show random preview records, refresh them and choose the number.

Exclude without key change

The NOT block allows you to exclude selections without first changing keys, provided the primary key is present in the selection. This can now be done with Ternair sources as well as with other sources.

Identify More Clicks

Suppose you have an (external) web, landing or login page where you collect email addresses ánd place the FP script. You can now connect this to Interact via an API so you can identify even more users in Ternair Clicks. You can now also select on this from the source 'Email Statistics'.

Recap: Clicks Switch Service & Training Website Recognition

Google has announced it will discontinue Universal Analytics on July 1, 2023. Ternair has a transition service for customers who are still using Analytics with Clicks. You will then no longer be dependent on Google at all. Click here if you are interested: switching service.
A Website Clicks training is also available for those who want to get more out of campaigns with Website Recognition.

Did you already know that...

You can see a Flowchart directly in view

If you open a Selection, the Dashboard page appears. Would you rather see the Flowchart or another menu page directly? Right-click on it and choose "all the way to the left. Voilà, from now on your Selection will start with that menu page.

Nearly live: the Ternair status page. Any user who experiences irregularities can check on the status page to see if there is an outage.

Preview extension Export block

Preview options will be further extended on all relevant output blocks.

HMAC authentication

For sensitive information exchange such as payments via services like Buckaroo, HMAC encryption is increasingly required. Available soon.

Key path selectable

The key path will be automatically determined by your selection flow, but soon also manually customizable by a user.
