A new workflow has been added to the campaign environment. This enhancement complements the existing workflow and provides a clearer overview and easier management of target audiences and campaigns.

Audience Manager – for creating and managing target audiences.
Campaign Manager – for creating automations and triggering campaigns via email, text message, WhatsApp, website personalization, exports, and other channels.
This has made the environment more accessible, especially for users who don’t work with data selections as often. By separating audience selection and campaign management, the interface has become clearer, allowing you to work faster and more efficiently. Power users can also continue to work in the way they’re used to.
