Please note!
When webpush messages are delivered in large numbers, there may be a delay in delivery. This is because third parties such as Google, Mozilla and Microsoft have limits on how fast messages can be sent. Although Ternair has optimized this process by applying parallel transmission, there remains a technical limit to avoid blocking by these parties.
  • The delivery of all messages may take 30 to 60 minutes for large campaigns (e.g., 50,000).

  • This delay is independent of whether or not the recipient's browser is open.

  • The speed of delivery may vary by browser.
