Email conversion dashboard
The Email Conversion Dashboard (ECD) gives you insight into the performance of your email campaigns as well as the actual results in the form of conversions. This not only shows you how your mailings are opened and clicked on, but also what revenue they generate.
Email statistics
In this tab you will find all the statistics of your sent emails. Using the filters at the top, you can select by campaigns, selections and brands, among others. You can also view the results along a timeline or per week, so you can easily recognize trends and differences. At the bottom you can also see an overview of subject lines with corresponding open rates. The subject line with the highest open rate is at the top.
Conversion
The conversion tab shows what results your emails are actually producing. Here you'll find such things as:
Revenue by campaign or selection
The average order value of a conversion
The number of unique conversions per email address (important because one email address can convert in multiple campaigns and selections - by counting unique addresses you can see the real result per recipient)
The bottom charts (line and bar graphs) provide insight into the number of orders and conversions, broken down by month, week and time of day. This allows you to discover when your campaigns are most effective.
Conversion definition
An order is counted as a conversion only when:
The email address used to place the order matches the email address that received the mailing
The recipient clicked at least once in the email
The order is placed within 14 days of the shipping date
We distinguish between:
Instant conversions - orders placed on the same day or the day after receiving the email
Indirect conversions - orders placed between day 2 and day 14 after receipt
