Ternair is a marketing automation solution for building and automating data-driven, one-to-one campaigns across all channels.

The following overview shows the structure implemented in Ternair with which the user should be familiar:

A campaign group in Ternair represents the direct marketing campaign through which you wish to reach your target audience with your message. A campaign can contain one or more selection flowcharts.

A campagne can be divided into three parts: selection blocks, outputblocks and running (all or part of) the flow chart.

For building a campaign the following selection blocks (functions) are available:
  • Selection: select one or more entities from a source

  • AND: Embedding

  • OR: Merging

  • NOT: Exclude

  • Split: Split a block into multiple blocks

  • Sample: Create one or more samples from a block

  • Switch: Change a key of a block

  • Deduplication: De-duplicate records on one or more fields.

  • Communication pressure: Filter accounts that have been contacted before

  • Upload: Upload a file to use in the selection

  • Snapshot: Take a snapshot of a selection

  • Import: Import a file into a data source

  • Webservice: sending and/or retrieving data from a Webservice

  • Enrichment: create a resource with enrichment data

The output blocks (functions) of a selection flow chart consist of:
  • Preview: Create a preview of the data

  • Export: export a file

  • List: Create a list that can be used in other selections

  • Email: Send an e-mailing

  • SMS: Send SMS messages

  • App: Send app messages

A (part of the) selection flow chart can be implemented via:
  • Webhook: Start webhook flow

  • Schedule: Schedule one or more outputblocks

  • Calculate (Selection blocks)

  • Output (Output blocks)

  • Run everything (complete selection flow chart)

  • Execute all selection blocks

  • Output all outputblocks
