Trackers

Through 'Trackers', additional information can be added to a hyperlink to ensure that the hyperlink is recognized in other/external systems. In the 'general settings' you can define trackers and tracker wildcards.
When the "general settings" menu is opened, the first tab, Trackers, is opened. If it is the first time this tab is opened it will be empty.

Click the 'Add a new tracker' button to add a new tracker. Trackers that have already been added are displayed here. Trackers can be edited, duplicated and deleted by clicking the gear icon.

Code

The (unique) name of the tracker.

Description

Tracker description.

Query path (optional)

Specify a value to be added to a URL as a tracker.

For example, when tracking/123456 is specified, the URL will be https://www.ternair.com look like https://www.ternair.com?tracking/123456, when the GOOGLEANALYTICS tracker is selected in the email block settings.

Parameters

When adding a parameter, a key and a URL must be specified.

When using an entity (for example, [email] or [rundate]), this field must be mapped in the email block settings.

Tracker wildcards

A tracker wildcard can be used to automatically add a tracker to a hyperlink if the hyperlink contains the specified wildcard value.

Click the 'Add a new tracker wildcard' button to add a new tracker wildcard. Previously added tracker wildcards are displayed on this tab. Trackers can be modified, duplicated and deleted by clicking the gear icon.

Trackers

A tracker can be added by typing it into the 'Trackers' field or by selecting one or more trackers from the drop-down list.

A new tag is started after each space or comma. By using an asterisk (*) before or after a wildcard, partial matches can be defined.For example, when the wildcard ternair.com is set you can select one or more trackers from the 'Trackers to assign' drop-down list to be applied when a hyperlink is ternair.com contains.
