Manage

When you open a selection, you get access to several tabs that allow you to manage the selection.

Manage Selections | Ternair Campaign

Each tab provides specific information and functionality:

  • Flowchart

    This tab displays the flow chart of the selection.

  • Properties
    Here you manage the basic details of the selection, such as the name, description.

  • Runs
    This overview shows all runs of the selection. This provides insight into when the selection was run and with what result.

  • Schedules
    Under this tab you will find an overview of all active schedules within the selection. You manage the scheduling of automatic runs here.

  • Statistics
    This tab shows statistics of all selections and runs within the campaign. This gives you insight into the performance and reach of your selection.

Use these tabs to efficiently manage your selections and make targeted analysis or adjustments as needed.

Flowchart

The Flowchart tab displays the flowchart of the selection, visually showing the construction and order of blocks.

Properties

On the 'Properties' tab, the properties of the chosen selection can be adjusted.

Rename Selection
The name, description and external reference of the selection can be modified by clicking on the icon behind the name/description/reference. Keep in mind that the selection name must be unique if the name of a selection is modified.

Move Selection
An existing selection flowchart can be assigned to another campaign by clicking on the symbol after the campaign name. Select an existing campaign from the dropdown to move the selection to this campaign.

Create selection template
Click the 'Create template' button to create a template of the selection. This template can be used as input for a new selection. See 'Create new selection flowchart based on a template' for more details on creating a template.

Delete selection
A selection can be deleted by clicking on the 'Delete' button. After a confirmation message is displayed, the selection is removed.
It is only possible to delete a selection if no contacts have been created within the selection.

Delete contacts
Contacts registered while running an output block can be deleted at the selection level. Contacts can be deleted by clicking on the 'Delete contacts' button. All contacts registered to the corresponding selection will be deleted.

Runs

The Runs tab lists all the dispatches (runs) within a selection. The filters at the top of the screen allow you to quickly search for a specific run.

A symbol is displayed next to each run that indicates what type of execution it is, such as an email, export or webhook. This gives you insight into the type of run at a glance.

Schedules

The Schedules tab displays a list of all active schedules within a selection. Using the filters at the top of the screen, you can quickly search for a specific schedule.

By each schedule is indicated when the selections will be automatically executed and which blocks will be deployed at what time in the process.

Statistics

The Statistics tab displays a summary of the performance of all selections and runs within the campaign. Click on Show runs to view the results of individual runs.
