Contacts
On the Contacts tab, contacts can be created for records that receive the e-mail.

Create contacts
Create contacts
Check the "Create contacts" box.
Select a channel
Finally, select the appropriate contact date
Run date = date on which the selection will be made
Run date + X days = run date + number of days; for example, run date + 2 days
Fixed date = select a fixed date from the calendar

By creating contacts, contact history is recorded for two years in Ternair Campaign.
For each relationship (account) in the selection, a contact is recorded. The following data is recorded when a contact is registered: Campaign, Selection, Channel, Date.
If the 'Create Contacts' option is selected, it can be derived from the selection flow chart by the 'blue shading' around the output block.

Delete contacts
Contacts recorded when running an output block can be deleted at the selection level. Contacts can be deleted at the selection settings schemr. All contacts registered to the corresponding selection will be deleted.
