Confirmation email

On the 'Settings' tab, you have the option to automatically receive a confirmation message by email or SMS. This notification is a message with process information sent to the specified phone number/email address when all records have been sent.

Slurping

This option allows you to set. Enable slurping to host all images on the Ternair e-mail server.

While attaching e-mail content, a background process is started that downloads all online images and HTML content to the server sending the e-mail (a Ternair e-mail server). The original HTML hyperlink to an image is moved by a hyperlink referring to the location of the image on a Ternair server. The image relocation process is fully automatic.

An HTML hyperlink to an online image will not be changed if it proves impossible to download the image to a Ternair server.

The image "slurper" prevents emails from being marked as spam. In fact, by the above method, all images come from the domain sending the email.

The image 'slurper' works as follows:
An image will be 'slurped' when, within the <img> tag, an image is included in the src (not case sensitive) and has a valid image extension. Valid image extensions are jpg, jpeg, jpe, gif, bmp, png.

Exceptions can be added for images that should not be included in the 'image-slurper'. Partial exceptions can be defined by using an (asterisk). For example www.domein.com/afbeeldingen/*

All images with the link www.domein.com/afbeeldingen/ will then not be included in the slurper.

List-Unsubscribe

If an email is transactional then the list-unsubscribe header will be included in the email without value. If the email is not transactional and the list-unsubscribe header contains variables, then they must be given a value below. Reserved variables, such as TID, are automatically populated.
