Changing URLs after sending emailing

It may happen that URLs are incorrect or not working after sending an emailing. The 'Modify URLs' feature offers the possibility to modify URLs afterwards. When email recipients then click on the 'incorrect' email they are immediately redirected to the modified URL.

Select the e-mail block, right-click and click "Change URLs" to open the settings screen.


Change the incorrect URL and test the new URL.


If a hyperlink is modified after sending an e-mail, it is reflected in the click statistics in the e-mail statistics.


Suppression list

E-mail addresses are checked, before transmission, against a suppression list. This list contains email addresses that cannot be delivered. The list is automatically generated by Ternair Campaign based on bouncers. This means that these email addresses are no longer registered as bouncers, but as rejected.

An e-mail address appears on the suppression list:

  • If you had two hard bounces and did not open an email within 4 days before the last bounce.

An e-mail address appears on the suppression list temporarily (14 days):

  • If you had more than 2 soft bounces within 2 weeks.

Description

Block template

Each app block can be saved as a template. After an app block is saved as a template, it can be used as a template for other app blocks. A block template can be reused by clicking 'Open block template' in the lower left corner of the app block and selecting the template from the list.

Description

You can specify a description for a snapshot block. The description field is for specifying a logical description for the block. This makes the content of the app block easily recognizable in the selection flowchart.

Apply

Clicking the apply button saves the preliminary settings for the selection block.

Cancel

Gebruik de knop ‘Cancel’ om je wijzigingen ongedaan te maken.

Save

Met de knop ‘Save’ kun je je wijzigingen opslaan zonder het blok te (her-)berekenen.



Housekeeping

To maintain performance levels, email content is deleted after 365 days.
